Forgiveness and Compassion

Nehemiah 9:17 "And they refused to listen and did not remember Thy wondrous deeds which thou hadst performed among them; So they became stubborn and appointed a leader to return to their slavery in Egypt. But thou art a God of forgiveness, gracious and compassionate, slow to anger, and abounding in lovingkindness; And Thou didst not forsake them."
To be mindful of the love and compassion of God is where we begin to grow into a strong tower of God's character. God's forgiveness is how we know that He loves us. God corrects those whom He loves and this is how we as God's people grow in stature and wisdom.
I have learned about God's forgiveness throughout my life from my experiences. It is hard to try and live a perfect life. Just when we think we have it all figured out, something changes and we learn something new. Relationships demand a lot of attention and unconditional love. We know that we are not always going to say or do the right thing, and therefore we must remember to dwell upon the love that brought us together in the first place. Forgiving one another and moving forward is how we make true progress.
Experiences help us to know how to not be insensitive to one another. Being sensitive is what I strive to do all of the time. Sometimes more than others, but the bottom line is that it remains to be a constant in my life and my relationships. God's compassion is what I attempt to demonstrate in my relationships. For there is no greater love than that which is built from God's forgiveness and compassion.
I continue to hope and pray to be the best husband and father, built up in the fullness of God.

Loving Good Works

Amos 5:14-15 "Seek good and not evil, that you may live; and thus may the Lord God of hosts be with you, just as you have said! Hate evil, love good, and establish justice in the gate! Perhaps the Lord God of hosts may be gracious to the remnant of Joseph."
As I read this scripture I am brought into a new light that brings to my attention the meaning of life. I am brought into a light that promotes good works and faith, doing away with evil. The entire Bible speaks about doing away with evil thoughts and works, as we are to be seeking to establish each and every day...If we seek God through Christ then we will be rewarded with the calm peaceful nature of the Holy Spirit.
Of all the challenges that we face as humans, overcoming the evil of this world is possibly the greatest challenge of all. By dwelling upon peaceful resolution we are able to establish ways of living that direct us away from violence and anger. I see that violence and anger are so predominant in our world that sometimes it is hard to cope. The love of God overcomes both and is to be at the center of our heart.
When we face challenging situations in life we are brought into new understanding. My new understanding has come from events that I have experienced and will experience over the course of my life. I have learned how to not make the same mistakes twice and to live a life of love and promise. Love and promise are so great to instill the hope and reassurance that we need to make it through life.
My entire life now revolves around family and close friends. Life is about relationships and by making relationships loving and positive we are doing what God would have us to do. The more relationships that we can have that are true and loyal, the more promise we may attain.
Life is not perfect, but by relating to one another we begin to find peace in life.

Hope

Romans 5:2-5 "...through whom also we have obtained our introduction by faith into this grace in which we stand; and we exult in hope of the glory of God. And not only this, but we also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope; and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us."

May the hope described in the scripture above constantly provide us the reassurance that we need to carry on when times get tough. We do not give up, but instead we stay the course and know that God is in control. There are many times that we feel like giving up, as times get to be challenging. But we do not give in to the opposition or our adversary. We overcome by being strong of mind.

Let us stand as a full body by which all of our strength is in tact. The body is built to withstand troubled times. May we always focus upon the hope that will carry us on...

Build Upon Truth

James 1:17 "Every good thing bestowed and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation, or shifting shadow."

As a nation we are to build upon truth. By building upon false truth we encounter problems. Knowing what is concrete is critical to development. May we always seek to develop a bigger sense of purpose and truth in all that we do. The rewards are much greater when we incorporate a sense of purpose into our work. Helping others to identify their own purpose is where we make progress and instill growth. May we all recognize the Father of lights who is the same every day, and who teaches us  how to build.

Imperfections

As we look at the world we see that life is not perfect. However, it is critical to recognize how the theme of our life is what people recall about each one of us. The vision that we leave behind is what people will remember. By putting our work towards transmitting a message to those who have been searching for answers we know that we are doing God's work. Life consists of many relationships. We are responsible for helping people to find understanding. God's word helps us to find the answers that we need. By simply putting the Bible on the shelf we miss the true meaning of life. By ignoring God we miss learning how to become like Him in character and wisdom.
Proverbs 21:1-3 "The king's heart is like channels of water in the hand of the Lord; He turns it wherever He wishes. Every man's way is right in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs the hearts. To do righteousness and justice is desired by the Lord rather than sacrifice."

Words Of Understanding

Psalm 199:130 "The entrance of thy words giveth light; it giveth understanding unto the simple."

Proverbs 14:29 "He that is slow to wrath is of great understanding: but he that is hasty of spirit exalteth folly."

Colossians 4:6 "Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man."

Proverbs 2:2-5 "So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding; yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding; if thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures; then shalt thou understand the fear of the Lord, and find the knowledge of God."

Discovering a hidden treasure may be identified in many ways. In God's mind, wisdom through words of light is the true hidden treasure. Discovering her is how we become one with truth. I believe that in the end of days part of the hidden treasure to be discovered will be brought to light through words written for us to understand in full God's plan. This is why it is important to search for the words that may be able to connect the dots for us as humans. For it is written about in the Book Of Revelation of what we may expect in the end of days. If we are asking ourselves how might we expect for the events to unfold, we need to be searching for the words that provide understanding and truth. We ought to be searching for the hidden treasure which is an oracle of wisdom.
God provides us with the knowledge and we are to embrace His truth. God gives us the patience to endure whatever tribulation that we might face. God also gives us grace in order to provide the answers that He desires. It is our hope that we are to find the answers that we have longed for by searching the shelves for the hidden treasure that will open our eyes to the truth of Jesus Christ.

Righteousness

Romans 5:1-5 "Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: by whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. And not only so, but we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience; and patience, experience; and experience, hope: and hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us."

1 Peter 5:10 "But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you."

Being established in righteousness is key in our pathway to God. In order to access the Holy Spirit we must first be established in righteousness. Knowing that tribulations only strengthen our soul gives us the reassurance that God will overcome in the end. By facing tribulations we build patience and endurance to run the race by which we have been called. Therefore, we do not get discouraged but instead are reassured of God's love for us.
By living a life full of confidence and discernment we know that we may obtain success in life. For we may even begin to understand the meaning of the phrase "success from failure." For if we do not attempt to attain success how may we ever know the meaning of success? It is our job to seek out our calling by which to build upon. This is where we understand true success from righteousness. Our works towards God will be justified by pursuing what we love to do. For we are all blessed with different gifts of knowledge.

Experience Leads To Wisdom

1 Peter 1:13-15 "Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; as obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance: but as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;

Hebrews 11:1 "Now faith is substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen."

Proverbs 12:15 "The way of a fool is right in his own eyes; but he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise."

Bearing the wisdom of God is how we evaluate our decisions in life. As grow older we continue to learn lessons each day on how to become more like God. Giving people second chances is demonstrating God's love. By evaluating each person based upon their heart we are able to choose the correct relationships to incorporate into our daily life. Remembering that the obstacles that people may encounter can be more severe than our own is seeing through God's eyes. Corrective learning is a key tool that can be used to better our society. The more teachers we have that want to give back the better the world will be as a whole.
Having been through challenges of my own I have learned that life is not perfect and that sometimes the people who are most in tune carry the most burden. I have increased my discernment in this area of life. Yet I still maintain the idea of being open minded with people. Listening and learning but not necessarily always agreeing is where I discover new ideas on how to communicate my message to the world. The message that I carry is to empower people from a spiritual stand point. This is the duty of all. Not to judge but to empower at all times. If one person can bear the ability to not judge what we may not understand from a spiritual stand point, then we are able to learn and make progress towards God. Standing by the full context of God's truth is essential to gaining discernment. Let us embrace the truth and find it easy to discuss amongst ourselves. Faith was never intended to be a burden to anyone.

The Love Of God

1 Corinthians 13:4-8 "Love is patient, love is kind, and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant, does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered, does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails; but if there are gifts of prophecy, they will be done away; if there are tongues, they will cease; if there is knowledge, it will be done away."
The premier teaching of Christianity. An undying expression of Jesus' doctrine of heavenly love. More potent for the building of the Church than any, or all, of the various manifestations of God's power. Love, the Church's most effective weapon. Love, without which all the various gifts of the Spirit are of no avail. Love, the essence of God's nature. Love, the perfection of human character, Love, the most powerful ultimate force in the universe.
Even if I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, even if I give my body to be burned, if I have not love, it profits me nothing. What a thought provoking passage! The gift of speaking like an angel, of prophesying, of having all knowledge, of faith that moves mountains, of charity to the last dollar, even martyrdom, all of no use unless we have the Spirit of Christian Love. What a call to self examination! (Halley's Bible Handbook pg. 598)
By embarking on a journey to discover true love we are blessed by receiving spiritual gifts that allow us to see the kingdom of God. For the first love that we have come to know it that of God. God loved us first and asks that we fulfill His commandment in loving one another. There are so many gifts that we may attain in our journey of falling in love. Of all the gifts that God asks us to use, love is the most important. Doing away with immorality is learning to love unconditionally. Expecting the second coming of Jesus and discovering His presence is where we may experience God's greatest love.

Heroism

Romans 15:1-3 "Now we who are strong ought to bear the weaknesses of those without strength and not just please ourselves. Let each of us please his neighbor for his good, to his edification. For even Christ did not please Himself; but as it is written, "The reproaches of those who reproached Thee fell upon Me."
Heroism is an act of selflessness on behalf of others in order to defend those that cannot defend themselves. Christ exemplified heroism by dedicating himself and giving His life in order that the world would live. Heroes are what the world needs more of. We need more people serving and expressing their ideas as well as opinions in order to inspire a revolution of heroism.
Much of what we see on the television and watch in movies is intended to be based upon heroism. For me watching movies of heroism inspire me to be more motivated and more inspirational. Through acts of valor we see much of our military becoming heroes. We need more heroes dedicated to saving lives right here in the United States of America. Each and every day we awake and make a choice as to whether we want to be a hero or if we want to sit on the sidelines and watch. It is our utmost duty to reach out to those that need our help and to inspire others to do so as well. For each morning we have a choice of living out the day with all the characteristics of the bright morning star. We are all to be stars shining brightly for all to see. May it be that we carry more light each and every day as we love and grow with one another.
By bearing the weaknesses of one another and using our strength to carry others, we are pleasing God. May we strive to instill truth and to motivate one another to carry those who are less fortunate and need the help. For this is what God desires, to see us grow the body of Christ into a stronger living and breathing organism full of gifts and wisdom.
1 Corinthians 12:8-11 "For to one is given the word of wisdom through the Spirit, and to another the word of knowledge according to the same Spirit; to another faith by the same Spirit, and to another gifts of healing by the one Spirit, and to another the effecting of miracles, and to another prophecy, and to another the distinguishing of spirits, to another various kinds of tongues, and to another the interpretation of tongues. But one and the same Spirit works all these things, distributing to each one individually just as He wills."
It is the responsibility of all to recognize the gifts that they have been blessed with, and to incorporate those gifts into their lives, using them to carry out acts of heroism. Heroism is God's character and who greater than Jesus is to show us that example?

Marriage Of The Minds

The marriage of the minds is where we begin to understand true love and predestination. The marriage that we as Christians understand is not of this world. The marriage that I am referring to is between Jesus and His bride. This marriage may not yet be seen but is real and just might possibly be taking place, as the times that we live in are telling us. To be aware of this marriage and union between the two is the secret to decoding the last book of the Bible, the Revelation.
Considering the marriage that must take place in order for all things to be fulfilled according to God's purpose is to be in tune with the mind of God. Thinking of a marriage that is bigger than the world is where we begin to comprehend the mind of God. If Jesus were to come again a second time, how might we expect that marriage to take place. I believe that by seeking Him out, all might discover Jesus in pure and absolute truth.
The marriage of the mind is how we might expect to become a part of this union. No matter where we are in the world, God is omnipotent and omniscient. In the end of times this will be the key to understanding a second coming of Christ.

Chances

Taking chances is a part of life. Following our heart sometimes requires that we take a leap of faith and ask that God take over. As we live our lives bearing all of the qualities of the fruit of the spirit we know that we cannot go wrong. Love demands that we take chances to ensure that we do not lose what is most precious and true. Our job is to ensure that the love that we bear is blessed by God. If this is true, then no one can take away that love.
Chances are situations that demand looking to our higher power, God. Making wise decisions is a part of knowing the difference between right and wrong. If we truly look to God in all of our decisions then we bear a clear conscience. Living without guilt is what God desires for us. We live and we learn. We are to be morally in tact with God's spirit as our guide.
Through prayer and perseverance we are capable of walking through the doors of opportunity that God has placed in our lives. If the heart is right then we must follow our heart in order that we do not lose touch with what is most important.

Living In The Moment

By living and abiding by the structure that our spiritual awakening has created we see what it means to live a healthy balanced lifestyle. Healthy work ethic and healthy relationships are what make up our lives. By striving for clarity in our work as it is carefully directed towards a goal that is meant to carry on our legacy we understand that our fingerprints on the world will not be forgotten. Through character and resilience we set our goals higher than the world. Relationships are what make up the world and the circle of life. By striving towards increasing the glue that holds our relationships together we are reinforcing the building blocks of how the world came to be. In the beginning, God had a direct relationship with His Son before the world came to be, for He was the Son who would give His life for the world. This relationship between God and His Son is our vision for the entire world. Each day we are to become more and more like God and His Son. Greater love hath no man than this...

Here and Now

By focusing upon living in the here and now we are able to better understand the mind of God. God desired for us to seek Him in all things in order that we may discover all of the answers that we have longed for throughout our lives. Living in the present in order to better address the problematic issues of today is where we discover resolution and closure.
Discovering answers is the key to life. Discovery is what each individual, whether they know it or not, seeks on a daily basis. Questions that have demanded answers are constantly on our minds. Life is a map that we are to discover through God's spirit. God has mapped out his truth and the answers on His Son. His Son does not desire to hold us back, but rather to lead us into a kingdom that we could not perceive before this spiritual awakening.
By perceiving the world in the here and now, we are able to see a new world that God has promised us since from the beginning of time. Our job is to embrace this new sense of awareness and awakening that has caused us to tingle with the feeling that God is standing right beside us. Living in the here and now allows us to enjoy all of the moments rather than miss out on the special gifts that God brings into our life.
